Rhema Rose is an alumnus of The Young Americans and a seasoned songwriter whose versatile rap delivery and delicate melodic style compliments that of her husband, etching themselves a niche into the mainstream sound. From the infectious upbeat pop song “No Matter Where U R,” to fun elements of that of a musical in the alternative rock influenced “Selah,” Storm and Rose remain impactful in their message with the heart tugging, easy listening, worship ballad, “Lord You’re Worthy,” and the high adrenaline performance on the traditional gospel styled, “Mighty in Battle.” The listener is treated with music that genuinely speaks into their life and circumstances while sharing the story of Jesus Christ, as in the titled track, “Not Ashamed.”
